Outside the house, there is a pretty veranda with way out to the pleasant covered terrace, porch-like, furnished with a table and chairs and facing the beautiful private swimming pool with Roman stairs, sun beds and outdoor shower.
There is a paved garden all around the house where you'll find the stone barbecue, a garage and, on the top of the garage, a rooftop solarium.
This house is very comfortable, well maintained and fully equipped with flat screen TV, satellite TV with foreign channels, Wifi connection, DVD reader, linen as well as toys set at the disposal of the youngest ones.

It is ideally located, close to the centre of Miami Playa (300 metres), to its beaches (600 metres), to all kinds of facilities and to the famous Playa Cristal with its fitted out maritime promenade with children playgrounds and little shops and restaurants.

Only 15 minutes from Cambrils and its typical port with restaurants and shops of all kind, it stands 20 minutes from Salou and its famous Port Aventura.
