The advantages of this villa for 5 persons lie not only in its high furnishing but also in the heavenly position above the popular sandy beach of La Nartelle. The small purchasing shop near of the entrance to the residence makes easier already in the morning dealting with the croissants.
The holiday home has approx. 200 square metres of living space. There is an approx. 50 square metre Residential dining room with SAT TV (German transmitters) and chimney. The separate kitchen is equipped among other things with a freezer compartment, range hood and dishwasher. There are three bedrooms: two with a 1.60-m-wide bed and one with a 1.40-m-wide bed. Two baths: one with shower and sink and one with tub and sink. Two separate WCs. The property is approx. 1,500 square metres and for the terraces there is garden piece of furniture and couches. Washing machine and dryer. Domestic animals are not allowed. Parking bay on the property. Small sea view. Linen and towels exist. A compulsory intercleaning is included in the price. Bookings are possible only from two weeks.
