With this flat for 4 persons with sea view in Les Issambres you can well renounce the car, because the beach and all purchasing possibilities are easily accessible at approx. 5 minutes on foot.
The two family house stands in a pleasant, quiet residential area and has been renovated only recently. The bright, refreshing furnishings wonderfully fit to the Côte d'Azur and the colour-splendid Bougainvilliers on the big terrace round this picture. The comfortable holiday apartment for 4 persons has approx. 80 square metres of living space. One comes at the beginning immediately to the living-dining room with TV SAT (German transmitters). Next door there is the kitchen (fitted kitchen) with and a. to a microwave oven, dishwasher, freezer compartment and range hood. From the sitting room with chimney one can go on the terrace. In the bedroom there are two bedrooms: one with a 1.40-m-wide bed and one with a 1.60-m-wide bed. A baby bed is available. The bathroom is equipped with tub, shower and 2 sinks. A separate WC. Central heating. There is terrace piece of furniture and an electric grill, sea view. A small domestic animal may be brung along after consultation with the owner. There are parking facilities on the street before the house. The flat is to be reached about a stair.
