In a quiet side valley of Les Issambres this free standing house is for maximum 6 persons. It has bribed us by its friendly furnishings and the secluded position.
The owner has covered with greenery a " green thumb " and the slope property with a variety of Mediterranean plants. The house from the year 1970 has a living space of approx. 110 square metres. The bright living-dining room has a chimney, in an Alcoven stands a 1.40-m-wide bed (by sliding door lockable). From here a very precipitous stair on the low gallery goes with an other 1.40-m-wide bed. A bedroom with a 1.40-m-wide bed. Baby bed. In the separate kitchen a microwave oven, range hood, freezer compartment, dishwasher and washing machine is among other things. One reaches from the living space and the kitchen the terrace with seat pieces of furniture and deck chairs. Bathroom with tub, shower and sink. A separate WC. Pets are not allowed.Central heating. Parking bay on the property.
