Far the look reaches in the valley and the song of the cicadas impregnated air fulfils from lavender and rosemary. Many visitors estimate the pleasant climate, olive trees stamp the character of the scenery. Equipment: The summer cottage was built in 1995. The living space amounts to approx. 140 square meters. Sitting room and dining room with chimney and phone to the reception of conversations as well as SAT TV (in German). Separate kitchen, completely furnished with among other things freezer compartment, extractor hood and dishwasher. Two bedrooms with a 1.60 m wide bed in each case as well as shower and wash basin. A bedroom with two single beds. Bathroom with shower and wash basin. Two separate WCs. Washing machine. Electric heating. Two terraces with garden furniture and grill, the private swimming pool is approx. 10 ms x 5 ms. A domestic animal may be brung along, the approx. 4,000 square meter property is not fenced in. Customer's opinions: excellently house... The position is very nice, furnishing is good. Furnishing and position really, key handing over very friendly and obliging. We were often in the house and have done only small excursions. Furnishing very well, position fantastically. Seldom we have as felt fine in a house as in the house in Venterol ... even better than in the catalog / Internet have explained. |
