| This free-standing summer cottage for 4 - 5 persons with private swimming pool stands in a rural residential area in Ménerbes on a big, natural property. It is furnished typically provenzalisch and a very pleasant place to the rest and relaxation. The rustic furnished, ground-level summer cottage has a living space of approx. 80 square meters. There is a sitting room and dining room with chimney, TV SAT (in German), phone and open kitchen which is equipped among other things with a microwave oven, freezer and dishwasher. Behind the kitchen there is a bath with tub, shower, wash basin and WC. Washing machine. There are a total of three bedrooms. Two bedrooms have two single beds and one which is at the same time a passageway room, has a 1.40 m wide bed. Electric heating. Garden furniture and grill are available for the roofed terrace, the private swimming pool is approx. 4 ms x 9 ms and can be used from the 02.06.12. A domestic animal may be brung along. One can park on the property. The property is approx. 4,600 square meters, natural, not fenced around.
