The view of the Golfe de Giens is fascinating and the House very well maintained. The very comfortable villa has about 150 m² and was 1993 built. On the ground floor is the living room and dining room with fireplace, telephone (reception of talks), satellite TV (German broadcaster), CD Player, Internet. Separate kitchen with Others American refrigerator, induction cooker, deep freezer and dishwasher. In the sleeping area, there are two bedrooms, each with a 1.60 m wide bed. A bathroom with tub, sink and toilet. On the first floor there are two more bedrooms, one with two single beds and one with a 1.40 wide bed and a balcony and sea view. A bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. There is a fly screen in front of the windows. Air conditioning for cooling and heating. Washing machine. Covered patio with garden furniture and barbecues in the direction of the sea and the seating area behind the house. Private pool, approximately 9 m x 4 m large. The Plot is about 1400 square meters in size and fenced. Covered parking on the property. Pets are not allowed. Departure 9h. Distances: To the sea (not beach) about 100 meters, to the sandy beach about 1.6 km; to the merchant and restaurant about 700 meters, to Giens 1 km, to Marseille about 92 km. |
