| The holiday cottage for 8 persons with piano and private Swimmingpool is located in a residential quarter above the little place Carcès, you have a panorama view over the surrounding area from here. The house has breathed: it is established brightly and friendly with demanding furniture and of all rooms to outside one reaches. A consistently neat house whose big garden delights with many small details. With approx. 160 sqm the house offers much place for 8 persons. Generous, bright, high living quarter with fireplace, the piano, HIFI grounds, SAT TV (German transmitters) and direct exit on the big terrace. Kitchen with dining table and modern fitted kitchen with among others microwave, freezer and dishwasher. 4 dormitories: 1.40 m respectively spread bed, 1 dormitory with 2 single beds and a gallery room for one in the upper floor of the lobby with 2 single beds 2 dormitories (ideal for children). Baby bed. A bath with shower and basins lies in the area of a dormitory with a 1.40 m wide bed. Furthermore there are a bath with bathtub and basins as well as 2 separate one WCs. washing machine. Electrical heating. Big terrace with garden furnitures and panoramic look over the hills. Domestic animals on request. Below the house the private Swimmingpool (approx. 10 m of x 5 m) lies with lights and safety alarm system, couches are sufficiently available. Garden property with bowls place laid out. The pool approaches the house suits the Swedish owner turned away who regularly cares about the garden and the pool cleaning. Garage. Car park at the house. The last 200 m to the house are steep and unfastened.
