The house has breathed: it is established brightly and friendly with demanding furniture and of all rooms to outside one reaches. A consistently neat house whose big garden delights with many small details. With approx. 160 sqm the house offers much place for 8 persons. Generous, bright, high living quarter with fireplace, the piano, HIFI grounds, SAT TV (German transmitters) and direct exit on the big terrace. Below the house the private Swimmingpool (approx. 10 m of x 5 m) lies with lights and safety alarm system, couches are sufficiently available. Garden property with bowls place laid out.
