| Relaxed holidays spend in the hinterland of the 'Calanques'': the comfortable, moulder furnished holiday home for 6 persons with swimming pool lies outside from Le Beausset in the Green. The owners inhabit a back situated, not observable studio. The house has approx. 90 square metres of living space, ideally for 6 persons. Big living space with living-room furniture in the chimney, dining area and open fitted kitchen. The kitchen is equipped among other things with a microwave oven, freezer and dishwasher. 3 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with a 1.40-m-wide bed, another (was the room of the youthful son) with a mattress of 1.40-m width and grid (without normal bedstead) with border on the same height; another bedroom with a bunk. An additional (need) sleeping possibility for 2 persons exists on the couch in the sitting room. Baby bed on inquiry. A small bath with bath and sink. Separate WC. Electric heating. Terrace with seat pieces of furniture before the flat. Below is of approx. 8 m x 4-m-swimming pool with counter-current system layout and dimmed lights. Garden piece of furniture. Poolhouse with outside kitchen, grill and outside shower as well as a WC. Washing machine. A natural property belongs to the holiday home to the laundry hang up, pingpong to plays etc. the journey way to the house is not fastened about a distance of approx. 1 km. No domestic animals. Distances To the beach about 12 km, in the city to Le Beausset about 1.5 km; after Toulon approximately 17 km, according to Cassis about 25 km, to Marseille about 50 km, to St. Tropez about 40 minutes with car. |
