| This terraced house for 4-5 persons is close to the beach in a new Domaine in Les Issambres. The pool of this Domaine with about 32 houses is also included to our customers. With this summer cottage you can well renounce the car, because beach, harbour (in summer to the crossing after Saint Tropez), restaurants and shopping possibilities are well accessible on foot. This middle house was finished in 2005 and has a living space from approx. 78 square meters. In the first floor there is the sitting room and dining room with double sleep couch, CD player, Internet access only for notebooks with cable and DVD disk drive (you need to install software) with system-conditioned / more locally availability. The separate kitchen is equipped with among other things Freezer compartment, range hood, microwave, dishwasher. Washing machine with dryer. WC separately. In the upper floor there are two bedrooms each with a 1.40 m wide bed for four persons. There is an additional folding bed. Bath with tub, shower, Wash basins and WC. The house has an air-conditioning for cooling and heating. Terrace with electric grill, garden furniture. This property area is approx. 150 square meters, not completely fenced in. One Domestic animal may be brought. Parking lot at the house. Garage. There is a swimming pool (approx. 8 ms x 15 m) in the enclosure to joint use (open during the summer months). Distances: to the beach approx. 800 ms; restaurant approx. 1 km; to the businessman approx. 1.5 kms; to Golf course approx. 12 kms; after Saint Tropez approx. 23 kms; to Cannes approx. 45 kms, to Nice approx. 85 kms. |
