Description

This newly built vacations house for 6 persons stands in a residential area in a narrow side valley in Vidauban in the Haut-Var.
An ligth hilly landscape, little provençal spots and vine stamp the picture of the area. The house is in a modern manner and cosily arranged and the private Swimmingpool is on a slope plot below the house.

The vacations house was constructed in 2004 and has approx. 130 sqm space of living over 2 floors. In the ground floor, is the living and dining room with SAT TV (German transmitters), telephone to the reception of conversations and an open kitchen. The integrated kitchen is equipped well among other things with microwave oven, freezer compartment and dishwasher. Washing machine and drier. It gives 2 bedrooms bed with 1.40 ms wide respectly as well as a bedroom with a daybed for 2 persons. Two baths, one with tub and wash basin and one with a large shower and wash basin. Two separate WCs. Electric heating. Terrace with seat furniture and gas grill at the house. The private Swimmingpool is approx. 9 ms x 4 ms, it gives sufficiently garden furniture and an outside shower. Parking lots on the property (no garage). A domestic animal can be brought along.
