One can describe the house as an oasis. It stands in a pleasant, quiet residential district, to the east of the centre of Saint Raphael. In the house there are 2 holiday apartments which have its private entrance and own garden part with garden pieces of furniture.
The flats were renovated in 1997 and are very bright in total and are held friendly. The garden with Mediterranean plants rounds the picture. The property is fenced in. Over an outside stair the approx. 80 square metre flat is accessible to 4 persons in the upper floor. You have 2 bedrooms with two single beds in each case. Bath with shower, bath and sink. The WC is separate. The kitchen is equipped among other things with microwave oven and freezer compartment.
