| Cavalaire a grown bathing resort with long sandy beaches and because of his nearness to Saint Tropez is demanded very much. There is the new harbour with many different restaurants as well as shopping streets with the typical shops to the dawdling. The comfortable villa has about 100 square metres of living space on 2 floors. In the upper entrance floor is the living-dining room , telephone (to receive calls), satellite TV (German channel), DVD and CD player. Open kitchen, which is well equipped with Microwave, deep freeze compartment hood, dishwasher and washing machine. Starting on the balcony with seating furniture, barbecue and sea views. In the basement there are two bedrooms, each with a 1.40 m wide bed and one with two single beds. Bathroom with tub, sink, toilet and bidet. Small shower and toilet. All bedrooms have a patio door to the patio area with a swimming pool. The swimming pool with alarm is about 8 mx 4 m tall, and there are deck chairs and an outdoor shower. Electric heating. A pet allowed. Parking on the grounds. The approximately 900 square meters large hillside property is fenced. Distances: To the beach is about 1.5 km; to the supermarket, shops and restaurants about 2 km, to St. Tropez about 18 km, to Nice about 114 km. |
