| The villa with sea view for 8 persons with private swimming pool stands near on the beach 'Le Pradon' of Carqueiranne, almost ' les pieds dans l'eau ', because from the house these are only few steps up to the beach. The holiday home was built in 1971 and renovated in 1998. It has approx. 180 square metres of living space more than two floors. Before the kitchen and the living-dining room with chimney and WIFI, TV SAT (German transmitters) one has a house-wide terrace with garden pieces of furniture with wide sea view. The separate kitchen is completely equipped with among other things American fridge, range hood, freezer compartment, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m wide), one with two single beds and two with a 1.40-m-wide bed in each case. Two bathrooms: one with tub, shower, sink and WC in the secondfloor, one with shower and sink in the firstfloor. A separate WC. Central heating. Bringing along of domestic animals is not welcome. Lying completely guarded behind the house, there is an inner courtyard with garden pieces of furniture and well furnished summer kitchen as well as the private swimming pool of approx. 4 m x 10-m size (security: Grid). One can park on the property. On the neighbouring plot is a second house. Both houses divide the entrance finished by an electric portal. Safe. Distances: To the beach about 100 metres; merchant and restaurant about 800 meters, to the beach Almanarre about 4 km (surf schools); St. Tropez about 60 km; Toulon about 14 km; after Marseille about 85 km. Supplement for one week booking 60 Euro. |
