The Chalet is in the village part of Laax/Salums, quiet and sunny situated with wonderful view. In winter frequents a free ski-bus to the valley station. Journey with the car however is of advantage, because the shopping possibilities are remote situated.

The rooms spread out on two floors. In the upper floor is the entrance, live- and eat-room with open kitchen as well as a toilet. In the living room is an folding bed for two persons. Two doubles bedrooms with single beds, a shower with WC are in the lower floor. A room has direct exit to terrace and garden. The house includes a double garage.
