Property description

The Space

Ideally located, a unique apartment in a very peaceful neighborhood of Glyfada. It was renovated in 2014, modern decorated with very expensive materials. It is furnished and fully equipped. It is in the second of a four floor building. There are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. It is very comfortable and spacious because it is 195 sq! The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, cutlery, dishes and pans, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. There is also a vacuum cleaner and a washing machine. Big closets will make your stay more comfortable. Bed linen, towels, the bath amenities and all electric devices are provided. The heating is autonomous and there is also a fireplace and there is also a very nice pool table in the living room. Satellite TV is also one of the apartment's provided amenities as well as WiFi . The apartment is fully air conditioned. There are big balconies, where you can relax or enjoy your breakfast or a delicious dinner. The balcony is furnished as well. There is boiler which provides 24 hours hot water. Finally there is a private car parking inside the building at no extra cost.

The apartment is ideal for families or couples who want to spend their summer holidays in a beach side apartment, in one of the most elegant areas of Athens with famous night life more than 200 Restaurants from very cheap to very expensive and night clubs right on the beaches . The nearest beach is only 500 m away, but also there are plenty of organized beaches in Voula and Vouliagmeni area. During summer time the coast line of Glyfada, Voula & Vouliagmeni areas are very popular choice for swimming , walking and dinning. Located close to the sea we are enjoying the fresh sea breeze in the summer time compared to the more warm center but most important away from any traffic jams and all the demonstrations that take place in the center of Athens. The apartment is very close to the biggest in Athens shopping avenue plus all necessaries : pharmacy, banks and public transport 300 m away from the apartment. There is a bus station from where you can take a bus to the city center. 500 m away from the apartment there is a super market, a bakery and a pharmacy. In only 200 m from the apartment you can find a playground for children. 500 meters walking distance you have the Only and the biggest Professional Golf Courts

Airport or any other transport is available upon demand at an additional but very reasonable cost.
