Ob City/Zentrum (Stephansplatz), Arbeits/Tagungs-Ort, Kulturstätte, Sportstadion oder das rundum liegende städtische Naherholungsgebiet (Lainzer Tiergarten, Wienerwald, Steinhofgründe, Donauinsel, Prater etc.), die Fahrtzeit um mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln dorthin zu gelangen liegt zwischen 15 bis 30 Minuten. Der Schönbrunner Schloßpark mit dem ältesten Tiergarten der Welt ist in einem gemütlichen zur Einkehr verlockenden Spaziergang sogar in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Autofahrer ersuchen wir zu beachten, daß werktags (Mo-Fr.: 9 - 19 Uhr) für die nähere Umgebung des Hauses die Parkraumbewirtschaftung der Stadt Wien gilt. Von Fr. 19 Uhr bis Mo. 9 Uhr stehen die öffentlichen Parkplätze rund um das Haus kostenlos zur Verfügung. Nächste günstige von der Stadt Wien betriebene Parkgarage in Wien-Ottakring.
