The area:

The apartment is located in a sophisticated residential area. „ " Servitenviertel " - the heart of the Alsergrund „  Village-atmosphere coupled with luxury. At the heart of it is the “Servitenkirche”.
The many fashionable shops, restaurants, cafes and delis around the church square shape the image of the quiet and relaxed “Servitenviertel”. The neighbourhood consists of a very interesting mixture of students, pensioners, artists and academics who enjoy the unique infrastructure.
The house:

The apartment is located in a turn of the century house with beautifully detailed façade which was fully renovated recently. Almost all the other apartments are owner-occupied and, for this reason, the neighbourhood is very pleasant and quiet.
The apartment and facilities:

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and has 3 windows overlooking a large green courtyard with big old trees which makes it very quiet and bright.
The combined livingroom/bedroom has nice and comfortable furniture. There is a huge double bed with very good mattresses, a large comfortable sofa, bookcases and a desk. You can store all your stuff easily in a large cupboard with many drawers.
The apartment also has a radio, TV and wireless LAN. After typing the password into your smartphone or laptop you can start surfing for free.
The kitchen has everything you need - stove, convection microwave, kettle, coffee maker, conventional cooking and microwave dishes, plates, cutlery and glasses.
You can store all your food and drink in a large fridge with separate cooling compartments.
Bathroom and toilet are in separate rooms. In the bathroom you will find a large mirrored 3-door wardrobe with ample storage space + hairdryer. In addition, there is a cupboard for towels. Of course, there is also a washing machine.
Public transport:

The apartment is a 1 minute walk away from the underground station "U4" which will take you to the centre (Schwedenplatz) in less than 5 minutes. Here you will find everything your heart desires. The Schwedenplatz is the hub for nightlife and public transport by day and night.
Enjoy Vienna’s magnificent boulevard the "Ringstrasse" by the tram ride on the “Linie D”.
The tram stop "Linie D" is only a 3 minute walk away from the apartment. The tram (heading for Suedbahnhof) will take you along Vienna’s splendid boulevard, the “Ringstrasse”.
The tram ride is a comfortable way of getting to know the magnificent and famous sights, from the Vienna Stock Exchange, Votive Church, University, City Hall, Burgtheater, Heldenplatz, Art- and Natural History Museum, Imperial Palace, Parliament, State Opera, Schwarzenbergplatz all the way to the Palais Belvedere. It takes about 30 minutes.
The tram heading in the opposite direction takes you directly to Nussdorf to the „Heurigen“.
