| Our charming holiday home is located in an old Grison school house built in the 18th century. The apartment has been completely renovated in 2011 - enjoy your holiday in a pleasant combination of old architecture and modern conveniences! The house is situated in the historic village center of Splügen. The apartment offers a generous open kitchen and living area with completely renovated kitchen (dishwasher, ceran cooking zone, oven, microwave, espresso machine), a generous living area with fireplace and window front facing south towards a beautiful panorama including the Tambo-Alp. On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms for two persons each, as well as a den with a flat screen TV. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, two wash basins, a toilet and floor heating. There is a separate WC on the main floor. In the cellar you will find a sauna room with table tennis and a double shower, where you can relax after a sportive day. In the summertime, Splügen is an ideal starting point for hikes, biking tours and trips to the south (Ticino/Italy) or to the neighboring valleys. Enjoy our sunny garden seating area cpmplete with grill and umbrella. In the winter, Splügen offers 30km of ski runs for all levels within walking distance, a well-maintained cross-country skiing trail, hiking paths and a beautiful long sledging run.
