This exceptional property, in typical country style, is located in the north of the island, just 30 meters distanced from a quiet sandy beach. It is in a small village; the closest city distances just a few minutes from here. The property is 50 meters away from the road.
The house has an individual entrance. Thanks to the lush vegetation you can be sure to be unobserved from passers and you'll have a complete privacy. The private pool and its sun deck with 2 loungers invite you to relax. Spacious pathio (50 m2) with ample seating and sunbathing opportunities. On the upper terrace with sea view there are also 2 loungers, with pads of course.
The house is fitted to a high standard with typical country furniture and some antiques. It is a top-maintained house. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a 3-flame cooker (gas). No oven.
On the ground floor there is a bedroom (about 45 m2) with double bed and television area. The bedroom opens onto a large bathroom with bath tube (tiled), shower, toilet and spacious washing basins. Additional separate bathroom with toilet on the ground floor too.
The upper floor has 1 bedroom with double bed and a large gallery.
The price includes a daily help 8:00 to 13:00 (Monday - Friday), but not for cooking. Locally there is also a German-speaking person which will be at the disposal of our German guests for all information, as bike or car rental, restaurant recommendations, airport pickup etc..
Of course, all bedrooms have air conditioning, as well as the large bathroom on the ground floor. Bed and table linen, towels and fans available.
