Location and surroundings
The Villa Margarita is located on Cap Roig, on a rocky plateau about 30 m above sea level in a suburb (2km from the port) of the fishing and tourist town L'Ampolla in the Bay Sant.
Cap Roig is a popular residential area and very quiet, especially loved by holiday experts and locals.
L'Ampolla has its own motorway junction (39a of the A-7), making it very accessible. L'Ampolla has its own train station and is connected to the quick and regional rail network (AVE + Rodales).
Villa Margarita is built on a flat plot of 885 m2 and has a well-kept garden, outdoor loggia and swimming pool (10 x 5 m / 140 to 180cm).

Well-kept sandy beach in the dreamy bay of Cap Roig (100 m from the house), country mountains for hiking and excursions.
L'Ampolla has its own golf course which is located close to the well known golf course Bonmont.
Surfing, diving and sailing schools. Excursion boats. Biking in the nearby mountains and along the flat Ebro Delta, which is a real paradise for bird lovers. To shop or stroll the old town of Tortosa is recommended (30 km).
Further in Salou, near L'Ampolla, there is one of the largest leisure and amusement parks in Europe, the Port Aventura.

Arrival
By car, take the A7 exit at junction 39a and you're in the centre of L'Ampolla. Then, follow the sign "Apart Hotel Cap Roig" and in its access road look for the receptionist - he will lead you to the villa and give you all the informations, you might need.
