Property description

In the island of Euboea/Evia only 3.5 km from the beautiful summer- resort Eretria and 100 km away from Athens we have built a 2 floor Villa with breathtaking view to the all south-euboean golf & Attica -about 42 m above the sea level- and 750m away from the beach. The Villa is situated in an 320 qm land with garden, in an peaceful green district with Mediterranean flair in two levels . The first floor 84qm consist of a wide living room with a design fireplace , modern comfortable Italian furniture and lighting & is connected through a modern breakfast bar with the kitchen. On the front of the living room there is a wide balcony with breathtaking view to the eubean golf & Attica. On the backside of the kitchen exist a small balcony with stairway up to the terrace , where you can enjoy a flying feeling view to the south eubean golf & Attika and to the mountain Olymp ( of Evia) on the north side. There exist a big double bed bedroom and a bathroom complete equipped . On the front & back side of the house there is a garden with palm trees and on the front garden there is a decorative cactus composition and roses on the other side . The earth floor 48qm is also a modern designed appartment where the living room is again connected through a breakfast bar with the kitchen. There is also a complete bathroom with shower- cabin and a washing machine. On the right side is the Garage with a lager place situated. On the front of the garden corridor exist another parking facility for 1-2 cars. The Villa is only about 5 minutes with the car from Eretria town and the road is covered with asphalt everywhere. Near the Villa are only a few other houses and the place is ideal for couples & also for relaxed family holidays as well. The Eretria town as famous resort near Athens ( 100km ) and only 130 km from Athens Airport ( Eleftherios Venizelos) is offering everything you need for your holiday-entertainment : very good quality of sea water for swimming , good quality of sea food tavernas, beach bars, music bars, restaurants as also live entertainment during the high summer season. There are a lot of big super markets , shopping , rent a car or bike and as a famous ancient city –where the Athenian float was made - there is also an ancient theater and a museum of some interest. From our Villa the road is going direct to some of the best places & beaches of Greece, that you must have seen on the island of Euboea ( Like the village Steni on the high mountains with waterfalls and the beach of Chiladou & Achladeri. Off course you will get from us all insider - tips that you need for a great time in Greece ! You need only to rent a car to explore some of the best places of the island.We can help you . If you decide not to use any car the Villa is accessible from Eretria direct with a Taxi (ca 5 min.) or with the bus every hour( bus station on the main road 750 meters from the Villa). Also if you like romantic walks you can easily reach the Eretria town from our beach ca. 2km. For the case that you need help we can hold you from the Athens airport and tranfer you back when you are leaving. We are happy to answer all your questions.
