Located on a quiet hillside on the West coast of Naxos, the villa is surrounded by 4000m2 of private, well tended gardens. It boasts magnificent sea views, private pool, and is ideal for romantic sunset lovers and families. The villa is self catering and provides total privacy but is within 10 minutes driving distance of beautiful sandy beaches, the small, local airport and Naxos town. The village of Glinado is a 5 minute bicycle ride from the villa. The villa has its own private pool in a quiet, sheltered area of the gardens with stunning views across the sea. There are extensive garden terraces on three sides of the property each with sea views, together with a built-in BBQ area. There are also spacious balconies on the first and second floors of the villa, and a sheltered gazebo, covered in honeysuckle, on the first floor level which makes an ideal, romantic dining area. Three double bedrooms provide spacious accommodation for families or groups of friends. The villa is architect designed and built to luxury standards. The top floor comprises a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, walk-in wardrobe and a private balcony with views towards Paros and Chora. The spacious middle floor can seat up to 20 people, and has its own bathroom. The two hundred and fifty square metre ground floor has two further bedrooms, both with access to the pergola covered terraced area immediately outside the house. The second of these bedrooms is very large and can be partitioned to create another sleeping area. Next to the first bedroom there is a large bathroom with shower, toilet and double wash basin. The kitchen/dining room is very large with dining room table and seating for up to 14 people. Cots and highchairs for babies are available. There is a large quantity of comfortable garden furniture, including seating for up to 15, numerous dining room as well as smaller tables. There is a bar area complete with fridge at one end of the swimming pool area, together with bar stools, sunshade and luxury sun loungers. The surrounding landscape is ideal for walkers, climbers, windsailers, divers and sun lovers. The famous beaches on the south western side of the island, made up of kilometres of white golden sand are among the best in Euope, while the inland area and the romantic mountain villages offer tranquility and a chance to get away from it all. Naxos has an abundance of ancient and Venetian archaeological treasures. Nearby sites include the temple of Dionysos and the sanctuary of Demetra. |
