Living space 450m2, on one level: Comfortable salon/dining room, leading to the large terrace, bar, well equipped kitchen, 4bedrooms (each180), air conditioned, one with bath/WC, three with shower/WC.

Satellite-TV, DVD, stereo set, phone, safe, American fridge, wine cooler, electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumbler. Air conditioning in all bedrooms, ventilators. Very comfortable, tasteful furnishing and decoration.

Overflow-swimming pool 12x5.5m, sun terrace, terraces partly covered, with bar, dining tables and lounge suites, gas barbecue, stereo loudspeakers, amply garden furniture. Electric portal.

Rental rates for 6 persons on request. Arrival and departure day for our villas in Saint Martin is any weekday according to flight availability. In low season the villas can be rented on request for a duration of less than 7nights. During the Christmas/New Year period the minimum rental is two weeks, but the weekdays for arrival and departure can be choosen freely, rates on request.
