Wonderful sunset view through the palm branches of the sea, the Baie Longue and Saba Living space, on one level: Entrance hall, salon/dining room with lounge suites and dining table, indoor and outdoor bar, kitchen well equippred, 3bedrooms (2x160,180), all air conditioned, one with bathroom/shower/WC, two with shower/WC. Satellite-flatscreen-TV, DVD, video, indoor and outdoor stereo set, phone, ADSL, safe, American fridge, gas stove, gas oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumbler. Air conditioning in the bedrooms, ventilators, very tasteful furnishing with rattan furniture and antiques, marble floors. Swimming pool 12x5m(1.3m deep), sun terrace, covered arched gallery terrace, shady dining tables and lounge suites, barbecue, ample garden furniture. Electric portal. For children under the age of 10 not suited. Water sports, golf(18holes), deep sea fishing, tennis, squash, hiking, horse riding, dutyfree shopping Arrival and departure day for our villas in Saint Martin is any weekday according to flight availability. In low season the villas can be rented on request for a duration of less than 7nights. During the Christmas/New Year period the minimum rental is two weeks, but the weekdays for arrival and departure can be choosen freely.
