Outside the resort, 3 km from the centre of Miami, in a quiet, sunny position, 1 km from the sea, 1 km from the beach, west facing position. Private: grounds 1'000 m2, plants and trees, swimming pool (4 x 8 m, 01.04.-31.10.). Paddling pool, outside shower, garden furniture. Stepped path (5 steps) to the house. Parking (for 3 cars) in the grounds. Shop 3 km, supermarket, restaurant 800 m, railway station "Hospitalet" 6 km. Golf course 10 km, tennis 600 m. Please note: car essential. Groups of teenagers on request only. The childrens swimming pool has no filter.
