In a quiet residential area with ten mini-villas and a vacation house, in a Pine- and Corktree-filled park of 2.5ha with private bays and boat landing, beach, near Favone (approx. 3km, shops), approx. 8km to Solenzara and 25km to Porto Vecchio:

Nice, simple holiday house(mini-villa) with covered terrace, no direct opposite neighbours, approx. 50-150m to the beach, some view on the Mediterranean

Living area 50m2, on one floor: Living room with open equipped kitchen, covered terrace, 2bedrooms(140+90,90+90), 1shower, 1WC separately.

Gas stove, washing machine, babycot on request. Simple, but practical interior decoration and furniture.

Covered terrace, brick barbecue, garden furniture. Parking space near the villa.

Minimum rental 2weeks. We have five of the mini-villas in our rental program. One can hear a little bit the traffic on the road (in ca. 200m). The beach is not very sandy, more stony.
