An immaculate, newly refurbished detached holiday cottage, built and maintained to a high standard and located in peace and tranquility in the grounds of the owners modern family house yet with privacy and the use of the large rear gardens and rural views. The house is comfortably furnished and well equipped with ample parking for two cars. Situated approximately 1 1/2 miles from the village of Staplehurst where there are shops, church, pubs and mainline railway station to London or the coast, this charming property is in an ideal location for visiting nearby Sissinghurst Castle and gardens (5 miles), Leeds Castle(8 miles) as well as the many other gardens, castles and historic houses which are all within easy reach of this central location in the heart of Kent. Within 200 yards of the property is to be found the local pub offering good food. There are many footpaths and walks leading through to Staplehurst and other neighbouring villages. Dover is only 45 minutes drive.
