Property description

Enjoy the unique Landscape of the rhine valey in Götzis. You will find wonderful forests and the next skiing area is only a short trip away. Visit one of the numerous museums in our area or the near lake of constance. The public pool is only a five minutes walk along the forest from our house. The Appartment has about 45 square meters (+8 sq terrace) and provides one sleeping room with a boxspring double bed (1,60m). If you need there are two more beds in the living room. The TV provides cable and sky-programms. In the kitchen you will find an oven, a big fridge and a table for four. Shower, Sink, Toilet and a laundry machine are located in the bathroom (renovated 2013). Pls. do not smoke in the appartment. A free parking lot is located in front of the house.

Location description

Die Marktgemeinde Götzis liegt in der Mitte des Vorarlberger Rheintals, in einer Seehöhe zwischen 413 m (Kommingen) und 1645 m (Hohe Kugel). Der Dorfkern liegt 448 m über dem Meeresspiegel auf dem Schwemmkegel des Emmebaches. Götzis hat eine Fläche von 1465 Hektar. Mitte der 9Oer-Jahre hat die Einwohnerzahl die 10.000er- Marke überschritten. Götzis ist die größte Gemeinde der Kummenregion. Im Umkreis von einer halben Stunde liegt Ihnen der Großteil Vorarlbergs und ein Gutteil der Bodenseeregion zu Füßen. In dreißig Minuten sind Sie in Lindau oder im Schiparadies Montafon, in St. Gallen oder im Bregenzerwald, in Vaduz oder auf einem Ausflugsdampfer der Bodenseeschifffahrt. Wenn Sie die Dornbirner Messe besuchen wollen, die Schubertiade oder die Bregenzer Festspiele, in Götzis wohnen Sie richtig. Götzis hat Direktanschluss an die Rheintalautobahn. Der leb- hafte Bahnhof ist zudem Ihr Zugang zum Halbstundentakt quer durch Vorarlberg. Ihnen zu Diensten steht zudem ein vorbildliches regionales Busangebot mit dem Götzner Ortsbus.
