In an excellent situation overlooking the village is the Chalet Tächi. Divided into two storeys, six rooms provide accommodation for up to 9 persons. On the upper floor there are three bedrooms, two of which have two single beds each, one contains a bunk bed, one with a king size bed and one with a single bed. In addition the upstairs area has a bathroom with bathtub/shower attachment, toilet and washbasin. The living area occupies the ground floor. The large combined living and dining room is equipped with a dining table, couch, lounge area, a stove for cosy hours by the fire, and a TV/radio. From here you can reach an alcove, which has a single bed, and the garden seating area with spectacular panoramic views of Adelboden. The kitchen has the usual modern comforts such as coffee machine, cooker, microwave and dishwasher. A second toilet can be found on the downstairs level. A large store room also belongs to the property. The village centre and nearest mountain lift is about 10 min. (400m) by foot. Two private car parking spaces are 100m from the chalet. in the winter time you need snow cains.
Kitchen with all modern conveniences, for instance coffe maker, oven, micro wave and dishwasher. On the ground floor there is also a large store room belonging to the apartment.
The village centre or the the nearest mountain railway you achieve within a walking distance of 400m or 10 minutes. 2 carparks are at 50m from the house.
Adelboden, a traditional Swiss mountain village, is situated on 1350m. It lies in the west of the Bernese Oberland, in a very impressive mountain landscape. Thanks to its high position, the secured snow conditions and the many ski-runs, this holiday place is certainly one of the top regions of the Swiss Alps. Every year world cup ski competitions take place in Adelboden (slalom men). In winter (nearly) the whole life involves the ski sport. Adelboden is the ideal holiday destination for families or individualists, thanks to its several leisure possibilities and its child-friendly amusements. Various restaurants with a large choice of menus, a cinema, several pubs and bars in village centre.
