Loft with 4 sleeps (only in case of necessity and for a short time, against payment of extra charges). Roofed car parking lot and enough public parkings in close proximity.

The house includes washing machine, kitchen with ceramic hob, oven (air circulation), microwave, granite finish, coffee machine with capsule system, all necessary appliances, kitchen and bath towels, tv and DVD player, phone with ADSL Internet access. Further, books and games for children and adults, books and folders about excursion possibilities in Ticino and Maggia valley, and general informations.

This in 1989 constructed holiday house is situated on the southern edge of the village Aurigeno. It is part of a most advertised vacation rentals. Absolutely quiet position with a marvellous garden, just 15 minutes walk to the bathing places of the Maggia river. Only 15 minutes drive to Locarno , 20 minutes walk to the bus stop and 2 km to the shopping centre including Coop, farmacy and bank.
