This beautiful 75sqm holiday-home in Bali-Sanur has recently been restored an is tastefully equipped. Good situation in central south Bali and very close to Bali-Bypass which longs from Sanur to Nusa Dua in the south.
The tourist centres of Sanur-Kuta/Legian/Seminyak are achievable on 10 min. drive, other villages as Jimbaran, Nusa Dua and Padang Bai are also easy achievable.
Shopping opportunities are manifold and excellent and only 500m from the house.
Lots of restaurants in Sanur and we can also organize a little car for you at the Bypass for only 10? a day. Then you are flexibel and independent from taxi and public transportation.

The holiday-home has two cosy gardens and a handmade Niro grill for pleasant fish and meat grill evenings.

Livingroom with couch (couch bed) and armchair, large TV with DVD player. Antic cupboard with books and a large chest of drawers with many tapes and DVDs, couchtables and ventilators. Dining area with table for 6 persons, one more large table in the garden for candlelight dinners.

Guestroom with small double bed or generous single bed, cupboards and laptop table and an effective ventilator.

Bedroom with large teak kingsize bed (180-200cm) with new quality matress, two bedside lockers with modern lamps, antic locker and large cosmetic chest of drawers with large mirror.
Bedroom with good aircondition.

Entrance with sofa, couch table and dressing room.

Kitchen with much store room, modern fridge- freezer combination with lots of cabinets, 2 gas cooking zones as well as coffe maker, toaster, water cooker and drinking water giver.

The recently restored bathroom has a modern hot water rainshower.
