Description

The holiday house Casa Mia is situated in the middle of Tuscany, on a hill on the edge of a very little and lovely village. The house is a former abbey and farmhouse, surrounded by vineyards, meadows and fields with walking paths to the neighbouring farmhouses.

You enter the house by the livingroom with cloakroom, seating corner, fireside and window door to the garden. Then there is a diningroom with antic table and sideboard and kitchen in tuscan style with oven, cooking zone and washing machine. From the kitchen you reach the terrace and the bathroom with basin, shower, bidet and toilet. Kitchen and bathroom are well equipped. From the livingkitchen you also reach the bedrooms: one is a smaller room with two beds on the gallery (or a double bed) and wall closet, the other one is bigger with double bed on the gallery, hanging rail, chest of drawers, writing corner, TV and a little library with german literature about tuscany and so on. Here is enough space for a cot, which is available, also a high chair.

On two sides Casa Mia has a fenced-in garden with fruit trees, terrace facing south east and is partly sheltered and wind safe, so you can also sitting outside when it is getting cooler.

You can buy biological sheep cheese and vegetables, fresh milk and eggs and wine at the local farmers.
Cycling and ball games as well as exploring the neighbourhood is no problem for the kids. Bank, post office, bars, grocery and baker at 2km in Selvatelle an Terricciola.
