Very peaceful rural setting. You live tranquillity, silence. Your own world. A 250 year old house with walls 1 meter thick, renovated in 1999, stunningly beautiful inside and out. There are neighbors 300 meters away, but behind the house, so you look out on fields, amazing red sandstone dry walls, pine forests and, on a clear day, you see the Meditteranean Sea. A deliciosly breezey front terrace with a lounge couch and a hammock for stretching out and reading (or napping). The town of El Pilar with its Wednesday and Sunday artisan markets is 1 Km away. You drive 15 minutes and you're at 1 of the 25 beaches that surround the island of Formentera. There is tennis in San Francisco-Javier, 17 kms away. Music, outdoor cinema, beach cafes and fine restaurants.
