Casa Bonavista is situated in Jávea, in Covatella's region, on a hill, very quiet area with a fantastic seascape.
Jávea village, restaurants, shops and the Arenal beach are about 8 km from here.
The estate was in the minutest details lovingly created. The subterranean one-room apartment is very spacious, comfortable, modernly and newly furnished, and suits for two people. On the ground floor there's a large swimming pool and a nice sunroof. Grill (BBQ) is provided for residents'use.
