Our holiday flat is located in the western part of Vienna, in Ottakring. About hundred years ago Ottakring was a factory and workpeople district. Today it has changed into a multicultural and trendy residential district and families and young people fancy to live here.
It´s close to the Viennese wood, the vineyards and the traditional Viennese vine taverns. Next to supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy, post office, traditional restaurants, cafés, walking and hiking trails, children's playgrounds and the public bath.
In about 20 minutes the underground takes you to the pulsing city center (Stephansplatz). Several trams take you directly to the most important sights of Vienna, as the Opera, the Burgtheater, Hofburg, Konzerthaus, zoo and castle Schönbrunn...
The apartment is on the first floor of an old and quiet house. Free parking in the streets around the house.
No smoking, please!!! It´s possible to smoke on the floor and in the typical Viennese inner courtyard.
Our flat suits to 2 until 5 people: 2 spacious rooms (living room with extendable sofa, armchair, wardrobe, desk, shelfs, tv and internet access... Bedroom with king-size double bed, wardrobe, tv and internet access... ). Fully fitted kitchen (cerran cooker with 4 hotplates, oven, fridge, dishwasher, mixer, toaster, coffee machine, confortable sitting corner), spacious bathroom (shower, 2 washing basins, washing machine, hair dryer) and toilet. We provide complete baby facilities for residents'use. Bed linen, towels and final cleaning included!
We like to invite you to a "welcome to Ottakring drink" or to a typical "Viennese coffee break"!!!
To make you feel comfortable we offer you several services, like individuell guidance, food parcels, ticket organizing, babysitting and of course we collect you from the airport (EUR 30.--) or the railway stations or the motorway.
