Restful holiday house in La Baule, only 300m away from the nicest beach of the Atlantic coast.
The house has a garden with furnished sitting area, with barbecue (BBQ) as well as 2 car parks. It was completely renovated in 2007 and it’s modernly fitted out. In all rooms parquet or tiled flooring. The walls are brightly and nicely painted.
Bathroom with shower cabine and a separate toilet. Kitchen with gas/electric cooker with incorporated oven, microwave and fridge. The sitting room is tastefully furnished and it has a sat.tv, a radio with CD-player and others. There are two bedrooms: 1 with a double bed and 1 with a double and a bunk bed. Washing machine and tumbler provided for the use of residents. The well-known beach is just 5 minutes’walk from here.
The town centre of La Baule, with market area/shopping possibilities as well as restaurants and bars, is about 10 minutes’walk from here.
Sport activities in and around La Baule: all water sports as well as golf, tennis, biking and riding. Several wellness possibilities (world-famous thalassotherapy). Casinos and promenades for completing the large leasure program.
La Baule is easily reachable (TGV-connection – to Paris (2h50 min)), or by plane or by train via Nantes. The city has an own airport (LFRE).
