| Our house contains: 3 bedrooms, a kitchen with pantry, a swiss pine wooden dining room with an incorporated sideboard and a sitting room with balcony. All rooms south-west looking. The house is away from the centre and it has a lovely view. There’s a sitting area in the garden with barbecue (BBQ). Position The village of Ruschein is in the Surselva region on a high plateau, at 1150m above sea level, 4.5km upside Ilanz. Food store, restaurant and bus stop within 150m. More shopping possibilities in Ilanz (Coop, Migros, Denner), as well as doctors, pharmacies and the regional hospital. Bus connections Ilanz- Ruschein- Ladir 8 x a day; in winter 2 x a day a special bus for skiers, directly to the station Murschetg of the cable car Laax/ Flims. Leasure activities In winter: skiing in the alp arena of Flims/ Laax (10km); by normal snow conditions, wonderful down-hill skiing on safe runs untill Ruschein/ Ladir. Other regions: Brigels/ Waltensburg (12km) and Obersaxen/ Piz Mundaun (12km). Sledding runs in Flims und Flond- Ilanz. Hiking/snowshoeing in the vicinity. In summer: Hiking (from Senda Sursilvana over the Oberalppass to Chur), mountainbiking, swimming in Caumase in Flims, in Crestase in Trin or in the open-air swimming pool of Ilanz. Wellness in Vals and Flims. Golf: Sagogn (8km) NEW 9-holes course (opening May/ June 2008), Domat/ Ems (18km) 27-holes (9 holes of them for public golf), Brigels (15km) 9- holes. More golf courses, within 60km, in Sedrun, Lenzerheide and Arosa. |
