Description

This fully and lovingly fitted two-room apartment is situated in a quiet district of S. Joao do Estoril, on the top floor of a two-storeyed house and it’s reachable through a stairway. The main-entrance of the house is exclusively accessible with the front door key.
The apartment was completely renovated in 2005. The apartment contains a sitting room – with TV/DVD, Stereo, radio – with a tiled floor, a bedroom with parquet floor and a modernly fitted kitchen (ceramic hob and microwave).
The vitrified balcony can be used as an additional room (there’s a table). Here there’s also a private washing machine.
Shops, post office, bank, pharmacy, restaurant, bar, railway station and taxi reachable on foot.
To the beach it needs just a few minutes’walk through a side road. Then you are in the beach promenade. From here you can reach Cascais in about 50 minutes’walk.
For eventual country excursions, the motorway access is about 2 km from here.
All around the house, parkings are provided for the use of residents.
Every 20 minutes there’s a shuttle train to Lisbon and in about 30 minutes you can easily reach the town centre.
