A very warm welcome to our homy and southwards situated (very sunny) holiday chalet at 1000m above sea level with a fantastic view of the mountain panorama of Prättigau, of Gotschnagrat by Klosters and directly in front of the Parsenn ski down hill of Davos (which ends in Küblis.
The house is situated at the end of a private street and it is very quiet . It has been lovingly and completely renovated by us in 2007.
- Detached , comfortable and wooden chalet (80m2)
- comfortable and nice furnishing (partly antique decoration, modern paintings of selected artists, Villeroy-Boch china)
- 1 carport and 1 open car park
- comfortable, cozy living-and dining room with an open and modern kitchen (with dishwasher, freezer, microwave and steamer)
- washing machine, ski room
- comfortable gazebo with a separate covered sitting area looking southwards.
