Our chalet is situated in the nature reserve of Spertental in the skiing and hiking region of the alps of Kitzbühel. Here you can actively relax or enjoy the peace in our idyllic village, Aschau by Kirchberg.

Skiing: Beginners lift just by the house, 7 min with the bus to gondolas bringing you up to Kitzbühels skiresort, you can ski down directly to the house from the Kitz skiresort.
