| Just six kilometres from the sea, but set in the tranquil countryside, possibly on the site of an ancient settlement, are the Borgo San Pietro Apartments. They are immersed in the olive trees and vines which are characteristic of this stretch of the Ligurian Riviera leading down to the Cinque Terre. The old farmhouse has been restored with full respect for the traditional elements of rural architecture and houses the three charming apartments which bear the names of different species of olives. The property stretches over more than three hectares and appears almost to be a natural terrace opening onto the broad valley of Deiva Marina and on to the horizon of the sea. Thanks to its favoured position, Borgo San Pietro is a very suitable starting point for visiting the Cinque Terre, Portofino and the Gulf of Tigullio. Deiva Marina offers all main services as well as regular railway connection with the Cinque Terre and Tigullio. OLIVASTRA Has its own private entrance. Consists of two bedrooms, a spacious lounge and a small kitchen, bathroom with shower cubicle, satellite TV. It has a private garden with a pergola for dining in the open air. Bed places: 4 + 2 On the ground floor there is a local laundry for the guests. Apartments have fully equipped kitchen, tv sat, flagstone patios with tables and chairs. Prices include bed linen, towels, final cleaning, gas and electricity. Heating euro 5,00 per day. Keys can be collected from 16:00 hours until 19:00 hours. Apartments must be vacated by 10:00 hours Any variations to these hours must be agreed in advance. ANIMALS Animals are allowed, but must be booked in advance and will be charged a 50 euro supplement per week BOOKING CONDITIONS Booking deposit of 30% of the total at time of booking, balance on arrival. There is a deposit against breakages of 200 euro which will be refunded on the return of the keys. The booking deposit is refundable in cases of cancellations up to one month before the date of arrival, after which time it is forfeit, unless the apartment is alternatively rented |
