The holiday Home Villa Grazia is a recent-builted Villa near the city of Viareggio, in Tuscany. It's in the village of Piano di Mommio. Its position, away from heavy traffic road and a garden of over 4000 M², with mature trees offering shade during the hottest summer hours, allow a nice stay all over the year. There's also a volley playground and the garden is fenced all over. Quietness is the main feature of this villa, infact the nearest house is 350 mt far and the main road 500 mt.
- The Villa is so composed: it is all at the same floor and it is divided into 3 apartments, just one of them available at the moment.
Entrance into the living room (40 m²) with a big table for your meals; near there's the two sofas and the Tv with satellite receiver. The room has two large windows seeing the garden.
Two steps leads to the kitchen (15 m²) with a table in the middle, has a marble sink and oven; there's also a big fireplace rustic style where you can grill. The windowed door leads to the parking.
Two other steps from the living room leads to the bed rooms, one (10 m²) has a double bunk bed, with wardrobe, another (18 m²) with two single beds, chest of drawers and wardrobe, and another (18 m²) with double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Every room has at least a window.
The bathroom (6 m²), near the bedrooms has a bath-tub with shower and bidet. Hot water comes out fastly thanks to the near heater.
In the garden there's a Carrara's marble table with 8 seats below a big maple tree, very nice for your dinings. There's also a little pond with water-lily and many different varieties of plants all over the garden. There're deck chairs to have sun bath and a volley ball yard.

Viareggio and "Versilia":
"Versilia" and Viareggio are known in Italy for their lively night life, their bathing establihments, the Liberty art style, the wonderful view of the coast surrounded by the Apuan alps.
Many cultural events, as the "Festival Pucciniano" in Torre del Lago (6 km), where every summer night are played the best Puccini's operas near the beautiful lake. Viareggio's pubs, pizza shops and discos are the most known in Tuscany. Moreover Viareggio's Carnival is the most known and entertaining in whole Italy. The "Promenade" is the must-see place of Viareggio, with many trend wear shops and pretty cafè. There's also a pinewood, where you can get an ice-cream or walking along between flowers and trees. Florence, Pisa, Lucca, easily reachable thanks to the fast highways. |
