The holiday region Teichalm-Sommeralm is Europe’s biggest pasture territory. Every summer scores and scores of cattle (the famous pasture oxen) and horses ascend to this alp, where they can grow up healthly. Almenland is a wonderful territory with a various vegetation, large forests and lovely places, which are really worth resting in.

Come to Teichalm/Sommeralm in the region of Oststeiermark on the 1200 m high hills of the eastern Alps for relaxing or resting or just for spending a marvellous holiday in a spaciously and modernly furnished house.
The house was recently built – only 2 years ago – and it offers a very modern and idyllic ambience.

Hiking on the Alps of the “Hochlantsch” and of the “Rote Wand (red wall)” will train your body and the pasture farming products will ensure your physical well-being. Lovely walks on the lakefront offer a pleasant rest.
At a distance of 7 km there’s a golf course with 18 holes in a splendid landscape.

On your walking through the near forests you can also go mushroomimg. The lake of Teichalm offers boat trips and possibilities of fishing. The “Heulantsch” is a real paradise for hang-gliding.
The near hotels offer Spa-treatments and wellness also to extern guests.

In the winter, cross-country skiing trails, ski runs, ice hockey, luging, ice-skating on the lake and other sport activities invite for a real relax.
