| Our villa contains 8 apartments; it's fenced in an area of 20.000 m2 (olive and almond trees, palms, terraces and barbecue places) and it's situated at 800m from the barroque city Noto. There are car parks on the area. Our villa overlooks the sea and the landscape. Its location is very central, so that you can easily visit the south and the southern east of the isle. There are two booking possibilities you can choose: Apartment 50m2 including 1 bedroom, 1 children's room with double bed,living room with kitchen and sofa-bed, 1 bath with shower, or Apartment 40m2 including 1 bedroom, 1 living room with kitchen, 1 bath with shower. Electricity, water and gas included. Washing machine in the house. Noto is a baroque city near to Syracuse in Sicily. It belongs to the UNESCO World Heritage. Noto is situated by Syracuse (35 km southern ouest) on the Mounts Iblei at 159 m above sea level. It has 23.000 inhabitants. The beaches are of the loveliest and cleanest of Italy, according to the "Guida blu 2007". The near nature reserve "Vendicari, is a mix of lagoons, dunes, rocky coasts and sand beaches. Tip:At the 3rd weekend in May Noto celebrates the return of the spring time (wonderful flowers cover the streets).
