Description

The detached house is surrounded by pine forest and is situated on the historical castle hill "Vigla" of Skala Eresou. The house can be reached by using an approx. 80 m long forest road on foot. The shortest way to the beach is approx. 200 m (2 km long sandy beach).
Thanks to its hillside situation, the house offers a beautiful panoramic view from the two patios and from the many windows over the valley and the mountains. You will also be able to see the main town Eressos.
The romantic sunsets, which you can enjoy on the patio, are certainly a special attribute.

The house is approx. 70 years old and has been renovated in 1988. The rooms have been personalized. The rooms are bright and the floors are made of timber floor board.
