| Casa Olivo has an entrance with an arch and the mill wheel of the former olive press. Next to it is a cellar that can be used as a storeroom. The staircase leads upstairs (all rooms have a window) to the bedroom with a double bed and SAT-TV. A sitting room with two single beds gives enough room for a family of 4. Bath, sink, bidet and toilet. The kitchen has access to the patio with dining table, parasol and two deck chairs to let you enjoy the sea view and the beautiful view to the medieval castle. An illuminated car park is available. The apartment is situated in a quiet location without any road traffic. Additionally there is a common patio to BBQ. Our apartment is situated in the "Riviera of Flowers" on a slope, between the sea and the olive groves. Just 3 km from the beach, (7 min. by car) can be reached easily by car or by bus. Diano Marina with its sea promenade offers various activities: boat trips, excursions, weekly market, sports field, discos, etc. The seawater is clean (blue flag) with sandy or rock beach. The inland offers original restaurants and open-air local village celebrations with music. Shopping possibilities Within 5 minutes walk you can reach 2 groceries where you can buy fresh bread, a butcher, pharmacy, bar and restaurant with local specialities. We are oil farmers and enjoy looking after our guests ourselves. We are always at your disposal. We also speak German! The apartment is ready for occupancy on the day of arrival from 16:00 until 21:00 (please let us know if you are late) and has to be emptied by 10:00 on the departure date. Electricity, gas, water consumption, satellite TV, car park are included in the price. Bed linen, hand towel and kitchen towels are to be brought along. However, at request they can be supplied at an additional charge of EURO 10.--/person. Cot or highchair can be supplied at an additional charge of EURO 15.--. Heating in the colder seasons will be charged according to your consumption. Christmas and Easter price difference. Price for weekends or short stays only at request. |
