Description

The holiday home "Villa Lina" is located at the end of a quiet private road. The 50 m2 patio offers a fantastic view over the sea and over the surrounding countryside. The house has been built staggerd to another house and has been fenced in separately by a garden wall where you can enjoy your holidays without beeing disturbed. There is a garden with palm trees and different local plants infront of the house. You will also find a stone grill and a table made of stones at your disposal, to enable you to enjoy eating your meals outside. There is an olive grove behind the house and a big fruit orchard next to the house all included in the property.

Inside the house there is an open kitche with a counter made of stones, dining table with chairs, a settee arrangement with TV. With shower/bath tube, a double bed and additional bed room with a bunk bed and single bed, suitable for up to 5 people. The house includes also a washing machine, garden furniture, deck chairs and an outdoor shower. A car park space is at your disposal. A car is needed.

The sea is approx. 100 m away (stone beach), next sandy beach approx. 4 km.
