| The holiday home "Villa Il Fortino", embedded in an olive grove, lies in the small place Santa Maria di Ricadi at Capo Vaticano. The one-storey house has a living space of about 200 sq.m. The spacious living room, coloured in warm terrestrial clays, disposes of TV, dining-table and fire-place. In the modern kitchen there is the hob in the middle of the room and offers a special ambience. Two bedrooms have double beds, one bedroom has two single beds. The three bathrooms have shower/WC/bidet, in one of them is a washing machine. The large terrace in front of the house is reachable from nearly every room and make possible before breakfast a jump into the freshening water of the pool. Garden furniture and external shower are available. The house has heating and alarm system. A car is very advisable on side; a parking lot in on the property. location and possibilities * The next sandy beach is about 350 m away. * Santa Maria di Ricai (small shops, bars and restaurants are mainly opened in summer) is about 200 m away. * Ricadi is about 2 km away. * The next railway station is in Ricadi. * Tropea is about 13 km, * the airport Lamezia Terme about 70 km away. |
