Casa Flores del Luneglio is located in the village of Pratolungo-Pettenasco. Pettenasco is situated at Lake Orta, to the west of Lake Maggiore. Pratolungo, a fraction borough of Pettenasco, is a quiet and small village with 100 residents, situated on the hillside, approximately 150 meters above Lake Orta.
Casa Flores is part of a bigger terraced house residential area on the south-westerly slope with beautiful view over the lake. The first floor is being used sporadically by the owner. The 2,5 room holiday apartment is situated on the ground floor. It consists of one double bedroom,a spacious livingroom, a kitchen and a bathroom (with shower). On request there is a baby bed available which can be put in the bedroom. The furnishing of the apartment is simple and functional, and it is equipped with a tv, washing machine and central heating. A terrace and a a directly accessible sunny garden with view to the lake invite you to stay.
Pratolungo is a place for nature lovers and an ideal starting point for numerous hikes. Extensive chestnut forests are close to the house, the waterfalls of the river Pescone and the lake can be reached very easily on foot. In the apartment, there are detailled informations, descriptions of hikes and hiking maps available.
If you travel by train, you take the local train Domodossola-Novara and get off at Pettenasco. From Pettenasco you reach the holiday apartment within a 15 min. walk.
